W. Anthony Drive -
A
Single Source Project Profile
Devonshire
Group is proud to announce the completion of renovations and
the long-term lease of 912 W. Anthony Drive, an excellent
example of how Devonshire Group's Single Source Solutions
process can assist you with your various real estate related
needs, in one stop.

Champaign
Venture LLC (CV) acquired this 3.67-acre property in March
2007. Property improvements consisted of a vacant 73,000 square
foot furniture showroom/warehouse. Developers felt the location,
with high visibility to the I-74/North Prospect retail corridor,
provided tremendous redevelopment potential.
CV
engaged Devonshire Group to assist with a game plan to maximize
the redevelopment potential of the property. Over the next
18 months, CV used varied Devonshire service lines to provide
the expertise and information which resulted in the successful
redevelopment of the property into a regional hub for Land
of Lincoln Goodwill Industries, Inc. (LLGI). Goodwill's new
location serves as a superstore and regional warehouse. This
built-to-suit project is a 15-year lease commitment to CV
beginning in February 2010.
